FOR PARENTS OR CARERS WITH BABIES & YOUNG CHILDREN:

The Family Hub by Home Start: 

Come and bring your child along to play while you make connections with other parents and get advice on everything from healthcare to finance: a Citizens Advice advisor is also at the sessions once a month, as is the Community Nurse. Free. No need to book: just come along!

Bookbug: songs, stories & rhymes for under-5s with their carers

Fridays 10.45-11.15am in the Library

FOR PARENTS OR CARERS OF OLDER CHILDREN:

Raising Teens With Confidence

This free course aims to give all parents and carers findings from evidence and research to explain what influences the development of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing, and why what you do makes such a difference. Parents and carers of children and young people from P7+ would benefit. Book here.

FOR ALL ADULTS:

CHAI (Community Help & Advice Initiative)
Welfare and financial advice - maximise your income with support from CHAI advisor Adelaide. Phone 0131 442 2100 (between 9am-4pm Mon-Fri) to make an appointment in advance.

Wednesday afternoons - appointments available between 

1pm-4pm beginning 18th June 2025.
